What should I do if I'm not receiving the contact inquiries to my site?
If you know that a prospective client or contact has submitted an inquiry to your site but you never received it via email, you will want to make sure that we have the correct email address on file for your firm. This can be done through your Site Manager account within the “General” option in the “Account” section of the left-hand navigation menu. If your email address is correct in this space, there is a possibility that the email notifications are being sent to your Spam folder. If this is the case, you will likely need to add the sender’s email address (yoursite@omnizant.com) to your whitelist.
